Patent Associate

A qualified and Registered Patent Agent required with at least 5 years of post qualification professional working experience (not internships). As a minimum, in addition to being a registered patent agent the candidate should also at least have a Master's degree in any science subject and should be able to independently perform the following tasks:Conducting Patent Searches; Patent drafting, drafting response to FER's, pre-grant and post grant oppositions, attending hearings before the Indian Patent Office and associated administrative tasks.Applications will be assessed to a high standard and applicant's are advised to apply only if they are competent and experienced in the practise of Patent Law, and not merely interested or have basic experience.Remuneration: Competitive and as per industry standards
