The role involves advising on the governance, compliance, and legal structure of a long-standing private trust, including trustee rights, duties, and rectification of historical irregularities. Key Responsibilities: Review and interpret an existingCharitable Trust Deed Advise onvalidity of trustee appointmentsand past trust actions Prepare legal strategies forquiet strengthening of trusteeship Draft resolutions, declarations, notices, and compliance documents Guide onmeeting procedures, quorum requirements, and deed compliance Advise onrisk exposureand prevention of disputes Support in handling any potentialtrustee conflict or challenge Requirements: 5–15 years of experience inTrusts, Estate Planning, Civil Law, or Family Settlements Strong understanding of: Indian Trusts Act Private Charitable Trusts Trustee appointment/removal procedures Trust litigation & injunction strategy Experience in handlingsilent, sensitive family trust matters Ability to work discreetly, maintain confidentiality, and guide long-term strategy Salary / Engagement: Part-time consultancy or fixed monthly retainer (as per experience).
