The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the confidence to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.Key RequirementsManage calendars, schedules, and appointments efficientlyOrganize and coordinate meetings and follow-upsHandle email communication and client coordination professionallyMaintain records, documentation, and data entry with accuracySupport daily administrative and operational tasksCommunicate clearly and professionally with clients and team membersAssist in managing tasks independently while meeting deadlinesRequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong administrative and organizational abilitiesGood knowledge of productivity tools and office applicationsAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyProblem-solving mindset with attention to detailComfortable working independently in a remote environmentPrior experience in administrative or assistant roles is a plusFreshers are also eligible to applyShift and SalaryNight Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM ISTSalary: ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 in-hand per month
