Role - SAP SMS Support Analyst Required Technical Skill Set - experience in SAP SMS solutions, Design, configure, and implement Desired Experience Range- 3 to 5 years Location of Requirement - Delhi NCR Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must HaveExperience in SAP BRIM, Subscription Order Management (SOM), and Convergent Charging (CC). Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with SAP SMS. SAP implementation and configuration Understanding of SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, and other relevant modules. Provide end-to-end support for subscription lifecycle management, including order creation, billing, and revenue recognition. Good To HaveGood to have management of Change and Problem Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. Process Compliance & Improvement Knowledge of subscription lifecycle processes and recurring billing models. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
