More details as below.Notice Period: Immediate-15 daysContract: Longterm ContractWork: Hybrid modeMin:7+ YearsDescription Key Responsibilities: • Monitor workflow instances via Control Tower; Identify and resolve stuck, failed or SLA-breached process instances. • Troubleshoot API Trigger failures – Payload mapping issues, authentication errors, and IS-to-BPA connectivity problems. • Perform root cause analysis of Production Incidents and implement permanent fixes with proper testing. • Debug Action failures for Outbound Create / Change calls – inspect request / response, logs, retry logic and error handling. • Modify existing workflow steps – add / remove User Tasks, Update forms, change flow and logic. • Collaborate with IS developers to evolve API trigger contracts and integration patterns. • Design and implement end-to-end BPA solutions – API Trigger, Process flows, Actions, User Tasks, Decision Table and Visibility scenario. • Set up Destinations, Environment, and Control Tower for New Applications. • Prepare technical design documents, API contracts, and deployment runbook for new BPA applications. • Participate in requirement gathering, effort estimation and planning activities for new Projects / Applications. Skills: • SAP Build Process Automation (SAP BPA) – Hands-On • SAP BTP • APIs / OData / REST • SAP Backend CRUD patterns Good To Have: • SAP Build Apps • SAP Workflow Management (predecessor) • SAP Integration Suite (IS) – ability to read and trace i-Flow for cross-component debugging. 3-5 years of Exp required.WHAT’S ON OFFER:You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
