Job Description: Machine Learning EngineerDuration: Full-TimeWork Type: RemoteShift hours: 10am-6pm CETRole OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with hands-on experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), backend ML systems, and agentic AI solutions. The role will focus on fine-tuning LLMs, building scalable inference services, and developing intelligent automation to support translation and Virtual Interpreter (VI) tools. Key ResponsibilitiesWrite high-quality, production-grade Python code to implement, optimize, and maintain machine learning pipelines, services, and tools.Fine-tune and adapt Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Qwen, DeepSeek, and LLaMA on:Translation datasetsText-based corpora including internal policies, employee handbooks, and training materialsDesign, develop, and maintain backend ML services using Python, including:FastAPI-based microservicesModel deployment and inference using Triton Inference Server and/or vLLMDevelop agentic AI solutions to support:Process optimizationWorkflow automation across internal systemsBuild and maintain data annotation pipelines to support model training and evaluationPerform QA testing, validation, and performance evaluation of:Virtual Interpreter (VI) toolsMachine learning model outputs and workflowsRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong proficiency in Python for machine learning and backend developmentHands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning and NLP workflowsExperience deploying ML models in production environmentsFamiliarity with FastAPI, Triton Inference Server, and/or vLLMUnderstanding of agent-based AI systems and automation frameworksExperience with data annotation, QA, and ML evaluation methodologiesAbility to work independently in a remote, part-time setupThink global.
