The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CMDB architecture, data management, and integrating ServiceNow with external systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain solutions within ServiceNow CMDBImplement and manage CI Class Models, relationships, and dependenciesWork with Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE) for data accuracyDevelop and configure ServiceNow integrations using:REST APIs / SOAP APIsIntegrationHub / Flow DesignerMID Server configurationsImplement and support ServiceNow Discovery and Service MappingDevelop custom scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts)Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools (e.g., cloud platforms, monitoring tools)Ensure CMDB data quality using CMDB Health DashboardTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMDB and integrationsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirementsFollow best practices for development, testing, and deploymentRequired Skills & Qualifications3+ years of experience in ServiceNow developmentStrong experience in CMDB implementation and managementHands-on experience with:Discovery & Service MappingIRE (Identification & Reconciliation Engine)Expertise in REST/SOAP integrationsProficiency in:JavaScriptGlide APIExperience with IntegrationHub and Flow DesignerKnowledge of MID Server setup and troubleshootingUnderstanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem)Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
