Role Description This is a contract, remote-based role for a Coding Online Instructor. The instructor will be responsible for teaching coding and AI concepts to children and teens in 1:1 or small group settings, delivering a -accredited curriculum. Key responsibilities include planning and conducting interactive lessons, guiding students through hands-on projects using modern tools and technologies, and fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. Instructors are also expected to monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to individual learning needs. Qualifications Proficiency in coding languages and tools such as Python, Scratch, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and AI frameworksExperience designing and delivering educational content, particularly for K–12 studentsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to keep students engaged during virtual sessionsAbility to provide individual attention and customize teaching approaches to fit learning stylesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; advanced certifications are a plusKnowledge of online teaching platforms and technologies is preferablePassion for education and empowering the next generation of tech leaders
