Back End Developer

Position: Senior Backend Developer (2 Openings)Location: India (Remote – any location)Experience: 7+ yearsWorking Hours: US / UK time zones (60% US / 40% UK)About the Role:We are seeking experienced Backend Developers to join our team. Beyond core technical skills, we value candidates with experience in regulated environments and a strong understanding of security, compliance, and enterprise-scale systems. In our environment, stability, compliance, and documentation matter as much as speed.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python (Flask/FastAPI) in production environments.Build secure, scalable APIs with authentication, rate limiting, and logging in mind.Manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.Implement CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar).Work with AWS cloud infrastructure, including IAM roles and secure access.Apply OAuth2/OIDC for Single Sign-On (SSO) integration.Ensure compliance with regulatory and enterprise standards in development processes.Must-Have Requirements:7+ years of backend development experienceStrong Python expertise with real production systemsHands-on Kubernetes and containerization experienceCI/CD pipeline experienceCloud experience (AWS preferred) including secure access controlsDeep understanding of API security and authentication protocolsHighly Preferred:Experience in Pharma, Healthcare, BFSI, or other regulated industriesFamiliarity with audit and compliance processesTerraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code experienceLogging, monitoring, and observability expertise in enterprise environmentsWhat We Value:Ability to work in structured, process-driven environmentsExposure to enterprise-scale systemsStrong documentation and adherence to compliance standards
