You will be working closely with customer to deploy solutions across global customer deployments.Our client is an industry leading AIOps platform designed to provide instant, real-time actionable insights for managing multi-domain network and application infrastructures. By bringing together multiple sources of data into one easy to use platform, IT teams can troubleshoot network issues faster, avoid downtime, reduce MTTR and improve efficiency.Skills:5+ years experience in leading large technology projectsExperience in networking domainPython programming knowledge is a big plusBachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science / Information TechnologyExposure to public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and AzureHas a solid understanding and can demonstrate through daily tasks how the architecture, design, and data flow of the application they support for purposes of effective script design.Can read, develop, debug, and maintain simple to advanced automation scripts/ code IndependentlyResponsibilities:Be an expert on customer's operational analytics solution for networks, applications & security workflows;Take a hands-on role in the deployment of product to meet customer requirements;Manage a team of solution engineers to deliver end customer deploymentsCollaborate with engineering team deployment plans for POC, and lead to completion of deployment;Improve the product features and quality through enhancement proposals and customer reviews.Why you'll love AppGlideWe believe in a culture of mutual respect and ownership.
