Senior Java Developer (10+ Years Experience)- Immediate joiners preferred

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Java Developer with over a decade of professional experience to design, develop, and maintain high-volume, low-latency, and scalable enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and drive best practices in coding and architecture, ensuring high-quality, secure code.Key Responsibilities:Architectural Design: Lead the design and development of complex, distributed systems using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.Technical Leadership: Guide the software development life cycle (SDLC) from concept to deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices.Performance Optimization: Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks, optimizing code, database queries, and infrastructure.Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews, ensuring high quality and providing mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) to translate user requirements into technical solutions.Required Qualifications & Skills:Experience: 10+ years of professional software development experience, with a heavy focus on Java and JEE internals.Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), RESTful APIs, and Hibernate/JPA.Database Knowledge: Extensive experience with relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL optimization.Modern Technologies: Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.Tools & Methodologies: Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab), build tools (Maven, Gradle), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
