This role is ideal for a developer with a sharp eye for design fidelity, strong front-end fundamentals, and hands-on HubSpot experience.Success in this position will mean pixel-perfect, responsive pages delivered on time, well-structured HubSpot modules and templates that scale across client needs, and seamless collaboration with design and marketing teams to bring digital experiences to life.As part of the Marketing Operations function, this role works closely with internal design, content, and strategy teams to deliver technology-enabled marketing outcomes for B2B clients.Responsibilities:Build and update website pages, landing pages, and blogs in HubSpot CMS HubDevelop and customize HubSpot modules and templates using HubLConvert design files into responsive, pixel-perfect pagesCreate and manage landing pages with forms and CTAsImplement and format blog content and layoutsHandle UI fixes, styling, and responsiveness issues (HTML/CSS/JS)Perform regular website updates and maintenanceSupport ongoing CMS migration and implementation tasksQualifications:2–3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS HubProficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScriptWorking knowledge of HubLExperience developing custom HubSpot modules and templatesStrong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principlesKnowledge of website performance optimisation techniquesExperience with HubSpot Design ManagerHubSpot CMS certifications preferredWork Schedule & Policy:Workdays: Monday to Saturday | Week Off: SundayWork Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM ISTWork Mode: Onsite (Dwarka, New Delhi) with 2 Work-From-Home days per monthJob Type: Full-time, Onsite Location: Dwarka, New Delhi Industry: Marketing ServicesHow to Apply: Send your CV directly to with the subject line: Junior CMS Developer Application – [Your Name]
