The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and exposure to Field Service, along with proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a small team of 2–3 Salesforce developers to deliver high-quality solutionsCollaborate directly with business stakeholders and customers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Prioritize tasks, manage deliverables, and ensure timely execution of projectsDesign and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using best practicesProvide technical guidance in Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrationsParticipate in architecture discussions and contribute to solution designEnsure code quality through reviews and adherence to development standardsHandle customer communications, including requirement discussions, demos, and issue resolutionSupport deployment activities and post-production supportRequired Skills & Qualifications:Strong hands-on experience in:Salesforce Sales CloudSalesforce Service CloudHigh-level exposure to Field Service (FSL)Proficiency in:Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura (optional)SOQL/SOSL, Flow BuilderExperience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rulesLeadership & Soft Skills:Proven experience in leading small teams (2–3 members)Excellent customer handling and stakeholder management skillsStrong prioritization and task management abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, agile environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications:Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant)Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologiesExposure to DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, etc.) is a plusAdditional Skills (Good to Have):Knowledge or exposure to Agentforce Experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL) implementationsKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git)Prior experience in customer-facing roles
