Role Summary:Results‑driven IT professional with expertise in Treasury Application Support (FMC – Finmechanics Converge) and Production Operations, ensuring 24×7 system stability, seamless integrations, and high‑quality support for mission‑critical banking platforms. Focused on maintaining availability, stability, and compliance while leading support strategy, mentoring teams, and delivering effective remediation and enhancements aligned with business and regulatory needs.Key ResponsibilitiesFMC production support within SLA, scope, schedule; enforce quality and compliance across the lifecycle.Ensure platform stability: monitoring & control, capacity management, incident/major incident handling, and executive communication.Conduct system analysis, assess user issues, and recommend solutions; oversee SRS/solution documentation and production transfer sign‑offs.Direct issue resolution with Dev/Vendor/L3; verify RCA/CAPA for production disruptions and prevent recurrence.Govern EOD/BOD jobs, interfaces, and performance; ensure adequate system resources and production standards.Plan/review projects, SLAs, MBOs, incidents; keep management informed on risks, issues, and statuses.Define and test BCP/DR for FMC; adhere to operational risk, information security, and change/incident processes.Lead cross‑functional collaboration (Business, Treasury Ops, Risk, Infra/DBA, Network, Vendors); provide oversight for offshore support.Guide and mentor team members; drive knowledge transfer, SOPs, KEDB, and activity reporting.Core SkillsApplication Servers: Tomcat/WebLogic/WebSphere (service health, configs, controlled restarts, non‑prod deployments, JVM diagnostics—thread/heap/GC).Log & Observability: Deep log analysis, correlation across components; ELK/Splunk/Datadog; proactive alerting and dashboards.SQL & Linux: SQL for validation/reconciliation; SQL Server exposure. Linux (grep/awk/sed, permissions, cron, SFTP).Incident/Problem/Change (ITIL): Rapid triage, stakeholder comms, strong RCA, compliant releases with rollback readiness.Interfaces & Batch: MQ/Kafka, SFTP, SWIFT/RTGS/Market Data integrations; EOD/BOD job monitoring, reprocessing, and performance tuning.Documentation & Governance: SRS, production transfer docs, RCAs, SOPs, checklists; audit‑ready controls and reporting.Problem Solving & Decision MakingBreak down complex issues, evaluate options, and drive permanent solutions under time constraints.Design functional solutions to business needs; escalate risks early; maintain high documentation standards.Qualifications & ExperienceBE/B.Tech (MS/M.Tech preferred).8+ years in Treasury platforms with hands on product Support, implementation; 6 years in similar roles delivering complex, end to end programs.Strong banking production support background; excellent project/program management.Familiarity with Waterfall/Agile, SDLC, and tooling (Jira/ServiceNow).Cross‑border team management and strong stakeholder communication.Knowledge of market trends in Treasury & Wealth technology and their practical implementation.
