Oracle HCM Functional Consultant - ORC

We are hiring an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Redwood, and Talent Management modules. The role involves requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and providing functional guidance to business teams.Key Functional ResponsibilitiesDrive end‑to‑end functional activities for ORC, Redwood, and Talent modulesConduct requirement workshops with business stakeholdersPerform configuration of Requisitions, Applications, Job Offers, Career Sites, and Approvals in ORCConfigure Redwood pages, Journeys, Guided Flows, and experience enhancementsImplement Talent modules such as Goal Management, Performance, Talent Review, and SuccessionPrepare functional design documents (FDs), test scripts, and user training materialsLead CRP, SIT, UAT cycles and ensure smooth production deploymentsProvide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and guide end usersCoordinate with technical teams for integrations, BI/OTBI reports, and data migration activitiesRequired Experience4+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional ConsultantHands‑on in ORC, Redwood, and TalentStrong understanding of Core HR, HCM Security, Approvals, and HCM data structuresExperience in at least 1–2 end‑to‑end HCM Cloud implementationsExcellent communication and client‑facing skills
