About Alright TVAlright TV is a micro-drama OTT platform built for immersive, short-form storytelling. We focus on high-engagement content experiences — and design plays a central role in how users discover, watch, and stay.Until now, we’ve worked with an external agency. We’re now building an in-house design team to move faster, think deeper, and shape a stronger product identity with dynamic interface.Role : UI/UX & Motion Designer (Product)What You’ll DoYou’ll help design the core app experience — from user journeys and interface systems to motion and micro-interactions.Here’s what that includes:Designing intuitive, visually strong mobile experiencesCreating high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes in FigmaDesigning motion, transitions, and micro-animations that enhance storytellingThinking through user flows that improve retention and watch timeCollaborating closely with product, engineering, and content teamsIterating quickly based on feedback, testing, and performance insightsHelping evolve and maintain the app’s design systemWhat We’re Looking For:3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design (consumer apps preferred)Strong skills in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)Experience with motion tools like After Effects, Principle, ProtoPie, or AI equivalent workflowsA good understanding of mobile-first design (Android/iOS patterns)Sensitivity to visual storytelling and interaction detailsDesigning beyond screens, focusing on complete experiencesGood to Have:Experience working on OTT, media, gaming, or content platformsBuilt or contributed to a design systemWorked with analytics or A/B testing to improve UXDesigned motion systems (not just one-off animations)
