The candidate will drive ServiceNow ITBM implementations, optimize portfolio management processes, and ensure alignment with business objectives.Roles & Responsibilities:Lead ServiceNow ITBM projects with a primary focus on SPM modules.Conduct requirement gathering, workshops, gap analysis, and document as-is and to-be processes with business stakeholders.Configure, implement, and optimize SPM modules, including:Demand ManagementPortfolio Planning & ManagementResource ManagementFinancial Management (optional)Support PPM modules: Project, Program, and Portfolio Management.Support APM initiatives to drive application rationalization and portfolio optimization.Collaborate with ServiceNow developers to create custom workflows, dashboards, and reports.Conduct testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer for implemented solutions.Provide best practices guidance and technical expertise to teams and stakeholders.Act as a subject matter expert for ITBM/SPM processes, tools, and integrations.Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team skill development.Ensure governance, compliance, and alignment with organizational standards.Mandatory Skills / Expertise:Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITBM – SPM modules (preferred).Experience with PPM and APM modules is a plus.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – mandatory.Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.Knowledge of dashboards, reporting, and performance analytics in ServiceNow ITBM.Strong business analysis, process design, and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and ITIL frameworks.Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations is a plus.Good-to-Have Skills:Exposure to Resource & Financial Management modules.Experience in data migration, upgrades, or custom application integration.Understanding of organizational KPIs, portfolio metrics, and governance processes.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related fields.5 – 15 years of experience in ServiceNow ITBM / SPM / PPM / APM implementations.
