Role: SFCC UI Developer / Salesforce Commerce Cloud PWA Developer (L3 Support)Business AreaE-Commerce / Shopping (Progressive Web App)Work ScheduleShift: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST (Monday – Friday)Support: Availability for on-call support during non-working hours and weekends if required.Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled SFCC UI Developer with strong experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, PWA Kit, and React to build and support scalable e-commerce storefronts. The role involves developing modern Progressive Web Applications (PWA) integrated with Salesforce Commerce Cloud APIs and providing L3 production support for mission-critical commerce applications.The candidate will work closely with product owners, backend engineers, QA teams, and UX designers to build high-performance, responsive, and secure digital commerce experiences. Developers in this role typically build headless storefronts using React-based architecture integrated with Commerce Cloud APIs.Key Responsibilities1. UI Development (SFCC PWA)Develop and maintain headless e-commerce storefronts using Salesforce PWA Kit and React.Build reusable UI components using Chakra UI and modern React practices.Implement responsive, mobile-first UI aligned with UX/UI designs.Integrate frontend applications with Salesforce Commerce Cloud APIs (SCAPI / OCAPI).2. Progressive Web Application DevelopmentBuild high-performance Progressive Web Applications with features such as:Server-Side Rendering (SSR)Client-side hydrationCaching and performance optimizationEnsure the storefront meets SEO and Core Web Vitals requirements for e-commerce platforms.3. CMS IntegrationIntegrate Contentful CMS to manage dynamic content including:Landing pagesProduct bannersMarketing contentPromotional componentsWork with content models and APIs to deliver dynamic storefront experiences.4. Payment IntegrationImplement secure checkout flows with PayPal integration.Handle payment processing workflows including:AuthorizationCaptureRefundsError handling.5. L3 Production SupportProvide Level 3 (L3) support for production issues and critical incidents.Troubleshoot complex application issues across:UI layerCommerce APIsthird-party integrationsPerform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.Monitor production environments and ensure high availability and performance.6. Incident & On-Call SupportParticipate in on-call rotation for production incidents.Resolve urgent issues impacting customer checkout, payments, or site performance.Collaborate with DevOps and backend teams to restore services quickly.7. Integration & API DevelopmentIntegrate external services such as:Payment gatewaysCMS platformsSearch or personalization toolsWork with REST APIs and headless commerce architecture to connect frontend and backend systems.8. Code Quality & DevOpsFollow coding best practices and maintain reusable component libraries.Conduct code reviews and unit testing.Work with CI/CD pipelines for deployment and release management.Use Git-based version control.9.
