This role is structured as an hourly independent contractor position aligned to U.S. Eastern Time business hours (night shift). Your day-to-day may include:Preparing, reviewing, and issuing bi-weekly client invoicesReviewing employee expense reports and timesheets as requiredProducing invoice tracking, WIP, aged A/R, and expense reportsProcessing cash receipt applicationsSetting up new projects in financial systemsMaintaining expense documentation and supporting billing inquiriesPerforming reporting, analysis, and special projects supporting finance leadershipWhat You’ll BringYou’ll play a key role in helping our business operate smoothly and effectively.
