The US IT Recruiter will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, manage technical hiring processes, source and pre-screen candidates, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet staffing needs. The role also involves building strong candidate pipelines and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for all parties.QualificationsProficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and US IT Recruitment processesExperience with Technical Recruiting and understanding of technology rolesStrong knowledge and experience in US IT Recruiting and Hiring practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse candidatesAbility to work under pressure to meet hiring deadlines and targetsFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment toolsMust work in nigh shifts - 7.00 PM IST to 4.00 AM IST, Mon-Fri.Salary : Par with Market and best Incentive structureExp: 2 to 10 Years experience in US IT Recruitment
