Job Title: Workday Integration Cloud & Cloud Connect – Technical LeadRole SummarySeeking a Workday Technical Lead with deep expertise in Workday Integration Cloud, Cloud Connect, Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, PECI/PICOF, and API-based integrations. The role includes hands-on development plus technical leadership for integration delivery and architecture.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & GovernanceLead a team of integration consultants and oversee technical delivery.Define integration architecture, design standards, coding best practices.Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and ensure quality compliance.Own integration roadmap, strategy, and technical sign-offs.Hands-On DevelopmentDesign and build integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect (PECI/PICOF), EIB, Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP).Configure Cloud Connect for HCM, Payroll, Benefits including mapping, schedules, error handling.Implement complex transformations using XML/XSLT/JSON.Operations & SupportMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations using Workday Monitor.Manage SLAs, root-cause analysis, incident prevention.Create technical documentation, mapping specs, runbooks.Security & ComplianceManage ISUs, domain security, OAuth2 certificates, and key rotation.Ensure compliance with data privacy (HIPAA/SOX if applicable).CollaborationPartner with functional teams, payroll vendors, benefits carriers.Coordinate development tasks, sprint planning, and work estimation.Required Skills6–12 years in Workday integrations with expertise in:Workday StudioEIBCore Connectors / Cloud ConnectPECI / PICOFREST/SOAP APIsXML, XSLT, JSONExperience leading integration teams and delivering large projects.Strong understanding of HCM/Payroll/Benefits data flows.Nice-to-HaveWorkday Integration CertificationWorkday Extend / Prism Analytics exposureExperience in healthcare domain
