The ideal candidate will have experience working with Siemens S7, Omron, and Rockwell systems, and will play a key role in delivering technical assistance, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting automation solutions.KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:Installation and Commissioning.Technical Support.Maintenance and Repairs.Customer Communication.REPORTING TO: Chief Technical OfficerRESPONSIBLITIES:Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial automation systems (PLC-based) including Siemens S7, Omron, and Rockwell.Program and configure control systems and related software applications.Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers and internal teams.Conduct system testing, commissioning, and performance validation.Liaise with OEM and other stakeholders for advanced support and training.Generate and maintain documentation, reports and service records.Travel to customer sites as needed – extensive field job.Be available during non-standard hours for emergency support when required.Train customers or junior engineers on system use and maintenance.AGE: Above 25 yearsEDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:ESSENTIAL: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics/Electronics.DESIRABLE: Additional certifications in machine installation, maintenance, or related technical fieldsPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:ESSENTIAL: 6–7 years of hands-on experience in automation and control systems.Proficient in working with Siemens S7, Omron and Rockwell PLCs and software platforms.DESIRABLE: Experience in working with refractory machines.DESIRABLE SKILL SETS:Prior experience in servicing heavy industrial machinery or equipment.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Openness to international travel after training.Customer-focused attitude and proactive service mindset.EXTENT OF DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY: All decisions to be taken in consultation with the ManagerRESPONSIBLE FOR SUPERVISING ACTIVITES OF: None
