Senior Database Engineer

Lead Database Engineer .Notice period -30 days max.Work Mode: 5 days from OfficeLocation: Bangalore – Manyata Tech ParkShift: Rotational (Early Morning/Afternoon/Night)Cab facility will be provided for off-hours and night shifts.Lead Database Engineer -Lead: 20 to 25 LPA(Can go more for immediate joiners)Requirements: 8+ years in database administration with at least 3+ years in AWS ecosystem.Proven leadership experience in global database operations.Advanced expertise in AWS RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, and Redshift. Strong SQL and NoSQL proficiency. Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD integration. Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, or similar).AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Database Specialty preferred.Excellent stakeholder management and cross-time-zone collaboration skills.You will set yourself apart: Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation). Knowledge of cost governance tools and FinOps practices. Exposure to containerized workloads (ECS/EKS) and database integration. Advanced understanding of disaster recovery planning and multi-region architectures. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
