We are looking for aCreative Developerwho specializes in buildingHTML5, rich media, and interactive ad creativesfor programmatic advertising platforms. In this role, you will work at the intersection ofdesign, code, and ad-tech , building high-performance creatives that run seamlessly across exchanges, and devices. Well-built creatives lead to better viewability, higher CTRs, and smoother delivery across the programmatic ecosystem.Responsibilities: Build and maintainHTML5 rich media creativesfor programmatic ad campaigns Ensure creatives comply withDSP, exchange, and publisher guidelines Implementclick-through logic, tracking pixels, macros, and custom events Optimize creatives forfile size, load time, and runtime performance Work closely withdesignersto ensure creatives are visually accurate and interactive Collaborate withProduct, Ad Ops, and Platform teamsto support campaign workflows Developreusable creative templates and librariesto scale creative production Createproof of concepts (POCs)for new creative formats and ad experiences Debug issues related tocross-domain rendering, iframe behavior, and browser inconsistencies Support and enhanceinternal DSP UI componentswhen needed (Angular – basic)Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field 2+ years of hands-on experienceinHTML5 ad or rich media creative development Strong expertise inHTML5, CSS3, Vanilla JavaScript, and jQuery Experience buildinginteractive and animated HTML5 ads(banners, interstitials, video companions, expandable creatives, etc.) Strong understanding ofad size, weight, and performance constraintsfor programmatic delivery Experience handlingclick tracking, impression tracking, and event tracking Knowledge ofcross-domain communication , iframe-based creatives, and safe scripting Strong understanding ofHTTP fundamentals(request/response lifecycle, headers, CORS, caching) Hands-on experience withresponsive and multi-device creatives Strong skills incross-browser debugging(Chrome, Safari, Firefox, IE9+, etc) using developer tools Familiarity withGitor other version control systems Ability totranslate creative designs and storyboards into functional ad creatives Basic experience with Angular , with the ability to work on internal DSP or platform UI modules when requiredGood to Have Experience withprogrammatic platforms, DSPs, or ad servers Knowledge ofVAST, VPAID, MRAID , or other ad standards Experience working withcreative QA toolsand ad validation platforms Familiarity withCSS preprocessors(Sass, Less) Understanding ofad viewability, brand safety, and performance metrics Experience optimizing creatives forlow latency and high scaleAbout RevX: Made for Growth, Built for App Marketers.
