Role OverviewThe SAP PEO Consultant will be responsible for engineering-to-manufacturing integration, supporting complex, regulated aviation manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance, traceability, and execution accuracy across production operations.Key Responsibilities (JD)1. Production Engineering & Master DataConfigure and manage PEO Work PackagesIntegration of Engineering BOM (EBOM) to Manufacturing BOM (MBOM)Manage Production Bill of Process (BOP)Handle change impact analysis from engineering to shop floorSupport version-controlled master data (critical for aviation compliance)2. Manufacturing & ExecutionSupport complex discrete manufacturing scenariosManage order-based manufacturing (Make-to-Order)Configure routing, operations, and sequencingSupport shop floor execution aligned with aviation standardsEnsure as-built vs as-designed traceabilityChange & Configuration ManagementHandle Engineering Change Management (ECM)Assess production impact of engineering changesSupport change effectivity datesEnsure changes are applied correctly across active work orders SAP TricentisTime Zone Requirement: PST (9PM-6:30AM)US ShiftExperience: 4–5 years in TricentisJob Description:Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca automation toolStrong expertise in Tosca Commander, Modules, Test Case Design, and ExecutionExperience with SAP automation (S/4HANA, ECC – SD, MM, FI, etc.) is highly preferredGood understanding of end-to-end business process testingExperience in Test Data Management (TDM) and Test Case Parameterization
