SAP ABAP RAP Consultant

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP RAP Consultant with strong expertise in the RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) to design, develop, and support modern SAP S/4HANA applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building Fiori-based, service-oriented applications using RAP.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop applications using SAP ABAP RAP in S/4HANABuild and expose CDS Views, OData services, and Business ObjectsImplement behavior definitions, validations, determinations, and actionsDevelop and enhance Fiori Elements applicationsWork on clean core and extensibility conceptsCollaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirementsPerform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuningProvide support for production issues and enhancementsEnsure coding standards and best practices are followedRequired Skills & Qualifications7+ years of experience in SAP ABAP developmentStrong hands-on experience with ABAP RAPGood understanding of S/4HANA architectureExperience with CDS Views, OData V4, and Fiori ElementsKnowledge of BOPF / EML (preferred)Familiarity with SAP BTP and side-by-side extensions is a plusStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentGood to HaveExperience with SAP UI5Knowledge of S/4HANA upgrades or greenfield implementationsExposure to performance optimization and security concepts
