Hello,We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy and Clinical IT Applications Leader to drive the design, delivery, and management of large-scale pharmacy and clinical software platforms. This role blends deep technical and functional expertise with strong leadership and product-oriented thinking to translate complex healthcare requirements into scalable, compliant IT solutions. The leader will ensure technology alignment with patient care, safety, regulatory standards, and business objectives while enabling seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams and enhancing member experience.Experience: 18+ yearsLocation: Hinjewadi Phase II, PuneWork Timings: 2 PM–11 PM (As its leadership role so as per need they have to be available)Work Mode: Hybrid - 3 days WFOMust HaveHealthcare/Insurance domain experience is a MUST.18+ years of experience leading large-scale engineering organizations (100–150+ engineers) in a product development environment.Strong full-stack technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, cloud platforms, containerization (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Azure), and messaging systems.Proven success in scaling complex pharmacy platforms and applications to enhance member experience.Excellent leadership, communication, and senior stakeholder management capabilities.Deep understanding of product lifecycle and delivery models (Agile, Scrum, DevOps).Experience leading cross-functional teams and partnering closely with executive leadership.Good to HaveExposure to US healthcare and pharmacy platforms with understanding of industry dynamics.Working knowledge of healthcare compliance and data privacy standards (HIPAA).Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) and security best practices.If interested, please reach out to – mansi.sh@ or ring me at 9022861859
