We want someone who can sit at the intersection of technology, product, and business strategy to shape scalable systems and outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesVision & StrategyPartner with leadership to translate the company’s AI-first strategy into actionable technology roadmaps.Build systems that enable rapid experimentation, scalable deployment, and measurable business impact.DevOps & Platform EngineeringDesign, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automated deployments for scalable AI-driven platforms.Ensure high availability, performance, and cost optimization across environments.Implement monitoring, observability, and proactive incident management practices.AI-First InfrastructureArchitect infrastructure that supports machine learning workflows, data pipelines, and real-time AI services.Drive integration of AI and automation into operations, ensuring business outcomes are measurable.Business AlignmentAct as a technology partner to business leaders: interpret business plans into system designs that directly support customer experience and revenue outcomes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, finance, ops) to deliver end-to-end solutions.Track ROI, productivity, and performance metrics from a business-first lens.Leadership & EnablementMentor developers, designers, and ops teams in modern DevOps practices.Evangelize a culture of ownership, efficiency, and “automation-first” thinking.Influence strategic decisions around new products, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies through a technical lens.QualificationsStrong background in DevOps / Site Reliability Engineering, with experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Hands-on expertise with CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, microservices, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/Ansible).Solid understanding of AI/ML platforms, MLOps, and data pipelines.Experience as a full-stack engineer or with application development (Node.js, Python, React, etc.) preferred.Business acumen: ability to read business plans, model outcomes, and align technology strategy with P&L impact.Strong communication and leadership skills — comfortable working with C-level stakeholders and mentoring junior teams.Why Join Us ?Be a pivotal driver of transformation — from design-first to AI-first.Work in an environment that values creativity, ownership, and measurable outcomes over micromanagement.Influence the future of AI-enabled business models in web design and digital services.Collaborate with a young, dynamic team in a 300-person organization that is restructuring for scale and innovation.Role DetailsTitle: DevOps & Business Outcomes LeadLocation: New Delhi / On Premises / Full Time Reports To: CEO
