Conduct onsite/offline HRMS software training for clients & users. Handle payroll processing, attendance issues, and statutory compliance queries. Resolve client tickets promptly and ensure smooth usage of the platform. Support new feature rollouts, process improvements, and customizations. Maintain strong client relationships to drive adoption & retention.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field. 3–5 years of experience inHRMS / Payroll systems . Strong understanding ofSaaS platforms& employee lifecycle. Proficiency inExcel& HR analytics tools. Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
