Support, manage, troubleshoot and maintain End User Devices and InfrastructureProvide Maximum uptime to clients IT setupCore Responsibilities Managing OS/ WIndows environmentsTechnical support and troubleshooting desktop issues Managing and maintaining Mail on various platformsBasic server management ( users, permissions, etc.) Mail ( MS Outlook) configuration/ maintenance/ trouble shooting Printer management and maintenance Provide maximum uptime of clients end user devices and infrastructure. Essential Skills Proficiency in device managements: installation, support and troubleshooting L1 and L2 issues. Proficiency working with MS Outlook, O365, GSuite. Knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCPWorking knowledge of networksStrong problem-solving, organization, and multitasking abilities. Hands-on experience with hardware installation, upgrades, and software support. Typical Duties Fully support, configure, and upgrade internal and client desktops, laptops, printers, etc. (remote and on site) L1 and L2 troubleshootingInstall and integrate new desktop hardware and applications. Set up accounts, permissions, passwords, and maintain user policies. Printer driver installation , network Printer installation troubleshooting and compliance tasks. Respond to and resolve clients device and basic network emergencies quickly. QualificationsScience Graduation (BCA/ BTech/ BE (Computers),MCP/ MCSE / similar training . Certifications preferred1.5-2 relevant work ExperienceExposure to desktop trouble shootingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOtherON site work (in Gurgaon) and One engineer wanted for ( Green Park Extn. South Delhi)2nd and 4th Saturdays are OFFOffice (since 1987) adjacent to Metro Station on Yellow LineSalary as per knowledge
