Power Platform Developer

Power Platform DeveloperWe are seeking an experiencedPower Platform Developerwith deep expertise inPower Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse . The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background inC# development, SharePoint integration, and Azure services , along with hands-on experience working with or integratingDynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) .Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy custom applications usingPower Apps(Canvas and Model-driven). Automate business processes and approvals usingPower Automate , integrating with Microsoft and third-party platforms. Develop and manage external-facing portals usingPower Pages . Integrate Power Platform components withDynamics 365 Finance & Operations . Administer Power Platform environments — manage setup, security roles, data policies, and governance. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions. Optimize solution performance, handle troubleshooting, and provide end-user support and documentation.Technical Skills: Power Platform Expertise:Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse. C# Development:Writing custom plugins, workflows, and extensions in model-driven apps. Power Automate:Building complex flows for automation, approvals, and system integrations. SharePoint:Hands-on experience with lists, document libraries, permissions, and integration with Power Platform. Dataverse SDK & Plugin Registration:Understanding of event pipelines, message execution, and plugin development. Azure & API Integration:Familiarity with Azure Functions, REST APIs, and third-party service integration. Solution Management:Knowledge of solution layering, environment strategy, andApplication Lifecycle Management (ALM)best practices.Development Practices: Ability to writesecure, optimized, and maintainable C# codefor plugins and custom business logic. Experience withunit testing, debugging , andperformance optimizationfor plugins and flows. Strong understanding oftransaction handling , error management, and exception logging in Dataverse. Knowledge ofdata modeling, relationships, business rules , andsecurity role configuration . Required Qualifications: Minimum4 years of experiencedeveloping Power Platform solutions. Proven experience withPower Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse , and system administration. Experience integrating withDynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) . Strong understanding ofMicrosoft 365 ecosystem , including Teams, SharePoint, and Azure. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certifications such asPL-100, PL-400, or PL-600 . Experience withAzure Functions, Logic Apps , andPowerShell scripting . Familiarity withsource control (Git), CI/CD pipelines , and enterprise deployment practices. Domain experience infinance, supply chain, or manufacturing(preferred).
