You will: Own features end-to-end — from idea and architecture to deployment. Work closely with design, business, and marketing teams. Contribute directly to the technical foundation, engineering practices, and internal tools at Vynce Digital. Grow into a lead role as we scale (for the right candidate). This is a hands-on, impact-heavy role — not a passive ticket-fixing position.Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend Development Build fast, responsive, and pixel-perfect UIs usingReact.js / Next.js. ImplementSSR,SSG, and performance-focused frontends. Develop reusable components and clean UI systems. Convert designs fromFigma / Adobe XDinto high-quality interfaces usingTailwind CSS, Flexbox, and Grid.Backend Development Develop scalable APIs and backend services usingNode.js(Express.js / Nest.js or similar). Work withPostgreSQL/MySQLandMongoDBfor data modeling and querying. Build secure, maintainable RESTful or GraphQL APIs. Write clean, modular, well-documented code following best practices.Deployment & DevOpsDeploy and manage applications onAWS / GCP / DigitalOcean / similar. Work withGit, basic CI/CD flows, andDocker. Handle environment configs, builds, and basic monitoring.Quality, Security & Collaboration Implement authentication (JWT/OAuth2), follow basic OWASP security practices. Optimize performance, caching, queries, and assets. Participate in code reviews, give and receive feedback. Collaborate with founders and designers to translate ideas into production-ready products.Must-Have QualificationsPlease apply only if you meet these core requirements: 3+ yearsof hands-on experience in web development. Strong inJavaScript (ES6+)and comfortable withTypeScript. Solid experience withReact.js and/or Next.js. Solid experience withNode.js(Express/Nest or similar). Experience with at least oneSQL database(PostgreSQL/MySQL) and oneNoSQL database(e.g., MongoDB). Confident withGitand collaborative workflows (branches, PRs). Able to take ownership of tasks, debug efficiently, and ship reliable code.Nice-to-HaveYou don’t need all of these to apply, but they’re a plus: Experience withAWS / GCP / Azure / serverless. Headless CMS (Strapi, Sanity, Contentful). Real-time features (WebSockets, Socket.io, Pusher). GraphQL, Apollo Client/Server. SEO and web performance best practices. Experience in mentoring, small-team leadership, or leading projects.
