You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring user-centered designs to life across web and mobile platforms. You will be responsible for translating requirements into functional, innovative, and appealing interactive designs that enhance user satisfaction and business goals.Roles & Responsibilities Required :Translate concepts into user flows wireframes mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiencesFacilitate the client’s product vision by researching conceiving sketching prototyping and user testing experiences for digital productsDesign and deliver wireframes user stories user journeys and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfacesIdentify design problems and devise elegant solutionsMake strategic design and user experience decisions related to core and new functions and featuresTake a user centred design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.Skills:Strong proficiency in creating visually compelling and user-centered designsSolid experience with wireframing and prototyping toolsIn-depth understanding of UI/UX design principles and current best practicesExcellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skillsExperience in conducting and analysing user researchStrong problem-solving abilities with sharp attention to detailTools & Technologies:Wireframing & Ideation Tools: Proficient in using Draw.io, Miro, and Balsamiq for brainstorming, mapping user flows, and creating low-fidelity wireframes.UI Design Platforms: Skilled in designing high-fidelity user interfaces using Figma, Penpot, and Sketch.Developer Handoff Tools: Experienced with Zeplin and Mockplus for streamlining the design-to-development process and ensuring accurate implementation.Mandatory to Have :Must have a Portfolio.3+ years of UI / UX design experience on mobile & Web platformsPreference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environmentsExpertise in standard UX software such as Adobe XD , Figma , Sketch, InVision, Balsamiq Framer, Photoshop and the like is a must along with the Basic HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript skills are preferable.Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and visionExtensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile first and responsive designAbility to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
