What You’ll Do ✅ Lead planning and execution of IT infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives ✅ Manage and integrateSAP & non-SAP systemsacross departments (Operations, HR, Finance, Engineering) ✅ Design, develop, and deploy scalablesoftware/application solutions(web, mobile, IoT, VR, etc.) ✅ Analyze user needs and system performance to drive continuous improvement ✅ Build and lead high-performing IT teams on-site in Indonesia ✅ Oversee relationships with tech vendors, solution providers, and contractors ✅ Drive implementation ofadvanced analytics, AI, and business intelligence platforms ✅ Ensure system security, governance, and compliance across platforms Who You Are ✔️10+ yearsin IT systems, infrastructure, and enterprise technology ✔️5+ years in leadership , managing cross-functional digital/tech teams ✔️ Proven experience insoftware or application developmentwith direct business impact ✔️Mining, oil & gas, or heavy industryexperience ismandatory ✔️ Strong knowledge ofSAP (S/4HANA preferred) , integration tools, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) ✔️ Project management expertise, with a track record of delivering complex IT projects ✔️ Excellent communicator and collaborator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders ✔️ Fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus) ✔️Willing to work onsiteat a mining location in Indonesia ✔️Graduate from a top-tier university ✔️Comfortable with up to 50% travelto various operational sites Why Join Us?
