This role involves verifying patient insurance eligibility and benefits, communicating with insurance providers, updating and maintaining accurate insurance information in the system, and liaising with medical billing and scheduling teams. The candidate will ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while delivering exceptional support for internal teams and external stakeholders.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Insurance processes, including benefits and eligibility verificationBackground in Finance with attention to detail in transaction handlingEffective Communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience in Insurance Brokerage and Customer Service rolesProficiency in using relevant billing and document management softwareAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with HIPAA compliance and data security regulationsBachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
