As an Insurance Advisor, the primary responsibilities include understanding client needs, providing personalized insurance and financial advice, and recommending appropriate products. The role emphasizes building and maintaining strong client relationships, guiding clients through policy selection and claims processes, and staying informed about insurance plans, policies, and market trends. QualificationsKnowledge and expertise in Insurance, Finance, and ConsultingStrong skills in Customer Service and maintaining positive relationships with clientsExcellent Communication skills with the ability to convey complex information effectivelyGoal-oriented and self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilitiesExperience in sales, insurance, or financial services is an advantageMinimum of a high school diploma; bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
