The Senior Delivery Manager will oversee project management, coordinate logistics, ensure timely inspections, and manage overall expediting activities. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless and timely delivery of project objectives. The Senior Delivery Manager will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, streamlining processes, and ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd–to–End Management of Search and DeliveryOversee the complete search process from candidate identification to final delivery.Ensure timely coordination between clients, candidates, and internal teams throughout the assignment.Understanding the MandateDevelop a clear understanding of the client, role requirements, industry, and job responsibilities through discussions with the client and Partner.Participate in kick-off and review meetings to understand client briefings and identify relevant executives for the role.Identifying the CandidateCreate search strategies and identify potential candidates using sources like phone research, web portals, published materials, and internal databases.Manage 2–3 assignments simultaneously while continuously improving knowledge of research tools and processes.Competitive IntelligenceTrack industry trends such as compensation benchmarks, organizational structures, and talent movement.Gather market intelligence and industry updates to support strategic positioning and expertise.Preparation of ReportsPrepare concise candidate profiles and maintain accurate, high-quality reports for search assignments.Develop materials for client meetings and presentations including company lists, market insights, and potential candidate profiles.Data ManagementRegularly update and maintain the firm’s internal database with accurate candidate and market information.Ensure daily data entry, perform duplication checks, and maintain high data quality standards.Client InterfaceManage client communication and participate in client calls related to search assignments.Coordinate and schedule candidate–client interviews while aligning both parties’ availability.Business DevelopmentSupport the initial business development process by identifying prospective clients and target organizations.Draft outreach emails and coordinate meetings with CHROs and business heads for the Partner/Principal Consultant.QualificationAn MBA or an advanced degree from reputed business school / university would be an asset.7 plus years experience in research, consulting or another related professional services
