Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager, located in Delhi, India. As the HR Manager, you will oversee recruitment strategies, employee relations, administrative functions, and compliance with labor laws. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR policies, managing payroll and benefits, facilitating employee training programs, and creating strategies for enhancing workplace culture and performance. Collaboration with management and departmental heads will be key in ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values. Qualifications Strong skills in Recruitment, Staffing, and Talent AcquisitionProficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and fostering a positive work environmentKnowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and regulatory complianceExperience in Payroll Management, Compensation, and Benefits AdministrationAbility to design and implement Training and Development programsExcellent communication, leadership, and team management skillsOrganizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectivelyBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)Experience in HR technology tools and platforms is advantageous
