At PathOrient, we don’t just counsel—we transform aspirations into reality.Your Role As a Consultant, you will act as a student-first advisor, supporting students at every step of their study abroad journey—from course selection to final enrollment. You’ll be the primary point of contact, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and high-quality experience.Key Responsibilities Own the Student Journey • Handle first-level interactions, onboarding, counselling, and follow-ups • Manage a portfolio of students and ensure their success Provide Expert Guidance • Guide students on universities, courses, eligibility, and admission processes • Advise on exams like IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, and GMAT Build Strong Relationships • Act as a dedicated mentor and build long-term trust with students Track Application Progress • Monitor applications, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion Post-Offer Support • Coordinate with visa teams and international offices for smooth processing Drive Results • Execute sales strategies and achieve targets during intake cyclesWhat We’re Looking For •Graduate/MBA (Business, Management, Psychology, or related field) •4–10 years of experience (EdTech preferred) •Strong communication, persuasion, and counselling skills •Sales-driven mindset with a student-first approach •Excellent research and problem-solving abilities • ⚡ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentWhat You’ll Get • Competitive salary + industry-leading incentives • High ownership and fast career growth • Work with a young, dynamic, and driven team • Exposure to global education systems • Mentorship from industry experts • Opportunity to impact real student livesAbout PathOrient PathOrient is a trusted study abroad consultancy helping students achieve their academic goals across the UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
