We create jewellery and lifestyle pieces that celebrate India's karigari and serve a discerning clientele that values provenance, design, and exclusivity.As we scale both brands, we're looking for a sharp, experienced HR professional who understands the nuance of luxury hiring — someone who can attract, assess, and onboard professionals who elevate the brand.The RoleYou'll be the sole HR strategist responsible for building our recruitment engine from scratch. This is not a support role — you will own end-to-end hiring for key leadership and operational positions across both brands.You'll Be Hiring For:◆ Head Brand Manager — Luxury brand positioning, campaign strategy, consumer engagement (8–12 yrs exp)◆ Sales Lead — Revenue growth, HNI clienteling, retail & D2C channels (6–10 yrs exp)◆ Chief Operating Officer — Operations, supply chain, artisan management, scaling (5-10 yrs exp)◆ Senior Accounts Manager — Financial reporting, GST/TDS, budgeting, audit readiness (5–8 yrs exp)What You'll DoDesign and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the luxury & premium segment → Source candidates through executive search, LinkedIn, luxury industry networks, and referrals → Create competency frameworks and structured interview scorecards for each role → Develop psychometric and situational judgement assessments for leadership positions → Conduct first-round screening and present shortlists with detailed candidate evaluations → Negotiate offers and manage onboarding for remote and on-site hires → Build a long-term talent pipeline for design, marketing, retail, and operations → Draft HR policies, contracts, and performance review frameworks → Coordinate closely with founders on cultural fit and brand alignmentWhat We're Looking For MBA in HR or equivalent postgraduate qualification → 5–10 years in recruitment, with at least 2–3 years in luxury, premium, or lifestyle brands → Proven track record hiring CXO-level and mid-senior management talent → Strong understanding of luxury consumer behaviour and artisan-driven businesses → Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS platforms → Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills → Ability to design structured interviews and assessment centresWhy Join Us?This is a rare opportunity to be the founding HR voice of two luxury brands at an inflection point.
