Payroll Executive

Location -Mumbai Qualification - Graduate & AbovePreferred Industry - Recruitment/Staffing - Payroll/OperationExperience - 4 - 6 years in Payroll (Recruitment/Staffing preferred)Job Role & Responsibility -Individually handle the outsourced payroll processing of approximately 1500 employees.Process monthly payroll for employees, including salary, incentives, overtime, and deductionsEnsure accuracy of attendance, leave records, and employee data before payroll processingHandle statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and Labour Welfare FundPrepare and submit statutory returns within prescribed timelinesMaintain payroll records and employee salary data securelyCoordinate with HR and Accounts teams for employee data updates and reconciliationsManage full & final settlements of exiting employeesAddress employee queries related to salary, tax, and deductionsGenerate payroll reports such as salary sheets, bank transfer statements, and MIS reportsEnsure compliance with company policies and applicable labour lawsFunctional Skills:Excellent Knowledge of Indian Payroll processing softwareExcellent Knowledge of Advanced ExcelBasic Knowledge of Statutory Compliance (PF/ESIC/PT/MLWF/Bonus / Gratuity/ Forms)Good at handling queries of the associatesAbout Prompt Personnel Pvt Ltd.We are a 28+ year-old End to End HR services company with a strong PAN-India presence across 8 metro cities, headquartered in Mumbai (Malad West).
