The intern will assist in HR administrative tasks, HR regional projects, will be focusing on planning engagement initiatives and managing HR-related social media content. Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activitiesCreate and coordinate online team-building activities to encourage collaboration and employee interaction.Support the development and management of HR-related content on social mediaDesign engaging digital materials such as posters, announcementsProvide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing documents, updating HR records, and assisting with scheduling meetings or events.Support other HR projects and day-to-day tasks as needed.Requirements:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or a related field.Creative mindset Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsActive and confident in using social media platformsDesign and content creation skills (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools) to produce visually engaging materials.Video editing skillsBe interested in AI and be able to use it Ability to think outside the box and contribute fresh ideas for employee engagement initiatives.Good organizational skills Need to share portfolio (a social media portfolio or examples of content you have created e.g., posts, boarding games, teambuilding's, campaigns, graphics, or videos).Application Process:HR Interview;Hiring Manager Interview;Task;Final Interview;Offer.
