Collaboration with team leaders and departments will also be essential to address staffing needs and organizational objectives.QualificationsProficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR PoliciesStrong Communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the Organization.Demonstrated experience in Employee Relations and ensuring compliance with employment regulationsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExperience in developing and implementing recruitment strategiesKnowledge of local labor laws and best HR practicesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
