The Human Resources Executive will oversee the daily HR operations, including maintaining and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, coordinating performance management, handling employee grievances, and facilitating HR processes that support organizational goals.
