Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:a. Talent DevelopmentTraining Needs Analysis based on the competency Mapping, functional feedback, performance feedback etc. in consultation with line managersAll mandatory Induction Programs to be conducted before confirmationEnsure all employees receive training as per statutory compliance (E.g. - Disaster Management, POSH etc.)Conduct Skill / Knowledge / Behavioral / Process / Product trainings in the region as per the guidelinesCompilation of monthly / fortnightly / Specific Training session related reports (Training log, Assessments, Training Calendar, Training feedback etc.)Provide feedback on training needs of the market region to corporate Training division to be able to have customized Performance Improvement Plans for every employeeb. Talent ManagementTo ensure all training related processes for the current and new employees are followed as per the defined processMonitor Employee assessment during probation period and ensuring Mid term, final reviews are conducted within given timelinesEnsure Mentor Mentee program is successfully completed and all confirmation decisions for the roles at the stores are taken post clearing the skill testSuggest Career opportunities for employees within the company based on IJP applications / requirementsSupport in Performance Assessment during Annual AppraisalsRegular store / Market Warehouse / procurement Hub visits for employee training and assessment activitiesDelivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employeesProvide proactive support, advice and guidance on all training issuesTo manage all training logistics related activities like venue and training equipment arrangement, communication with the participants etc. for smooth training implementationc. Business OrientationShare best practices from the market to the team and take initiative to introduce new practices in alignment with the company goalsd. Stakeholder Relationship ManagementDevelop relationships (internal & external) with key stake holders to build HR & Training credibilityEnsure client satisfactionTo influence and convince internal stakeholders and drive responsiveness of the departmente. Self & Team Development/ TeamworkSelf development / to keep updated on new training trends in the marketTake responsibility for own learning and development by recognizing and taking advantage of all opportunities to learn and by maintaining a professional/personal portfolio of learning.Any other duties consistent with the main purpose of the Department and company, as may be specified from time to timeEducational Qualification and Experience: MBA / Diploma in Training4 - 8 years of work experience in Training, Learning and Development and HRPreferred Industry - Hospitality/RetailPrior experience of conducting Process, Behavioral and Soft Skills Training is mandatoryKnowledge and Skills Required:Experience of conducting Behavioral and skill training (Classroom and on the job)Experience of traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manualsAbility to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.General understanding of HR as a functionInterested candidates please share resume at sana.daniel@
