Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role located in Bangalore Urban. The HR Manager will oversee hiring and recruitment processes, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, maintaining compliance with labor regulations, training and development programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role also involves managing payroll, benefits programs, and addressing employee relations issues effectively. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, staffing, and talent acquisition processesStrong skills in employee engagement, training, and developmentKnowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirementsProficiency in performance management frameworks and strategic planningExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to lead and foster a collaborative and inclusive team environmentPrior experience with HR software and tools is preferredBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
