The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and a wide range of HR support to our team members across numerous locations including but not limited to: Provide location support for all aspects of talent acquisition, inclusive of creating job requisitions, coordinating the interview and selection process, interview packets and ratings sheets, assessments and creating offer letters Manage location specific onboarding/ offboarding, inclusive of pre-employment testing (drug test and physicals), physicals, etc. Partner with applicable stakeholders to have payroll completed in a timely and accurate manner Administer open enrollment and administration of benefit programs for the location Provide location support for all aspects of talent management, training and development Help support all aspects of employee relations at the location Location point of contact for compliance requirements and administration Lead and manage risk and compliance at the location (consultations, investigations, appeals, etc.This position will be in New Delhi, India but may require travel to the United States on an as-needed basisMinimum Requirements: Associate degree or higher in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field required from an accredited University. At least two years of human resources experience. SAP payroll, MS Office, and HR related systems experience.Preferences: Prior experience using/knowledge of SuccessFactors. Prior experience using NOVAtime. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations talent systems and understand, interpret, and report analytics. Benefits administration experience. Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations in India. SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification
