Human Resources Intern

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support the Human Resource team in creating structured job descriptions and contributing to a strategic Job Evaluation Project. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR documentation, role analysis, and organizational design within the dynamic fashion industry.Key Responsibilities:Job Description Development:Collaborate with department heads and team leads to gather role-specific information.Draft clear, concise, and standardized job descriptions for various roles in the Apparel Design Team.Ensure alignment with organizational structure, competencies, and career paths.Job Evaluation Support:Assist in collecting and analyzing data for job evaluation (e.g., responsibilities, skills, impact).Participate in benchmarking exercises and internal grading discussions.Help prepare documentation and presentations for evaluation panels.HR Documentation & Research:Maintain records of job descriptions and evaluation outcomes.Research industry standards and best practices in fashion job roles.Support HR team in updating role frameworks and competency models.Stakeholder Coordination:Schedule and attend meetings with design, merchandising, and production teams.Take notes and follow up on action items related to job analysis.
