Training Manager — MARS CosmeticsLocation: Delhi (on-site) | Travel: 40% pan-India | Function: Retail L&D / Sales EnablementRole :Own end-to-end training for Beauty Advisors (BAs), field sales, and retail partners to lift sell-through, service standards, and launch readiness.Responsibilities• Build curriculum & SOPs for product science, shade matching, regimen building, hygiene, VM basics, and claims guardrails (no medical claims).• Create multi-format content: decks, playbooks, 2-min WhatsApp videos, role-plays, quizzes (Hindi/English).• Example: “5×5 pitch” for top SKUs; “Shade-match in 60 seconds” script.• Run train-the-trainer; field coaching and roadshows; monthly masterclasses.• Partner with NPD/R&D to translate INCI & benefits into accurate demos; ensure compliant claims.• Set up LMS/trackers; publish training calendar; report impact with dashboards.• Store audits & side-by-sides; fix basics (grooming, demo ritual, replenishment cues).• Hire/manage regional trainers; onboard channel trainers; manage external academies/vendors.• Own training budget and vendor SLAs.Requirements• 6–10 years in beauty/personal-care retail training; led pan-India TTT programs.• Strong grasp of makeup & skincare; able to explain INCI and shade science simply.• Bilingual: Hindi & English; confident facilitator and on-camera presenter.• Data-driven; advanced Sheets/Excel; familiar with LMS• Weekend/launch flexibility; high travel comfort.• Plus: MT/EBO experience, cosmetology certification, basic VM.Hiring notes (trade-offs to consider)• Pure L&D profiles = stronger pedagogy/content; may need coaching on retail hustle.• Ex-BA/Counter Leads = great field intuition; test for content creation & analytics.• Prior brand-side beats third-party trainer for accountability to KPIs.To apply: Share CV + 2 sample artifacts (micro-video ≤2 min and a one-page playbook) demonstrating you can teach “shade matching” and a “cross-sell script.” to careers@
