We’re now looking for a strategic and hands-on professional to drive business growth and delivery excellence across Permanent Hiring and Staffing verticals. About the Role This is a key position for playing a significant role in the company's growth via Business Development & Delivery of our Recruitment Solutions. The candidate would lead client acquisition, account expansion, and high-impact delivery across enterprise and startup clients. You’ll leverage your strong network and market understanding to bring quick wins , while building scalable and sustainable partnerships for long-term growth. This role demands an entrepreneurial leader who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment, by blending strategy with execution, and inspiring performance in a small, high-energy team. Key Responsibilities A. Business Development & Client Growth Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new enterprise and startup clients in India and overseas. Leverage your existing corporate network to deliver quick conversions and repeat business. Lead client pitches, proposals, and partnership negotiations to achieve revenue goals. Identify opportunities to generate new business, cross-sell and upsell across permanent hiring and staffing services. B. Recruitment Delivery Leadership Ensure seamless fulfilment of client mandates across Tech / Non-Tech / Leadership / Volume hiring. Manage and mentor the delivery team for performance, speed, and quality of closures. Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, coordination, and client management. Drive operational excellence through ATS tools, data insights, and vendor collaboration. C. Client & Partner Management Act as the single point of contact (POC) for strategic accounts — HR/TA leaders and Founders. Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and recruitment partners. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and delivery excellence. Ideal Profile 8 to15 years experience in Recruitment, Staffing, or RPO with proven success in both Business Development and Delivery Leadership . Track Record & network: Demonstrated ability to bring in new clients and manage multi-role recruitment mandates. Strong corporate and recruitment consultant connects enabling immediate business traction. Expertise in: a. Permanent hiring (Tech/ Non-Tech/ Leadership / Volume) b. Contract staffing (Domestic or International) c. Client engagement and account expansion Mindset & Approach: > Entrepreneurial & strategic – thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments > Hands-on execution – actively leads from the front and gets things done > Scalable thinking – builds processes, teams, and solutions that grow with the business > Immaculate Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
